Nervous System Integration

When we work with Consciousness, much focus is placed on Opening Consciousness to return to your own True Nature.

The second process takes place when your energy system starts to adjust to the new level of Consciousness.

The third process is called Integration. Your nervous system plays a key role in the stabilization of the
New Consciousness and integration with your physical body.

Your nervous system comprises your spine, brain, and nerves stretching throughout the whole body. It processes electrical signals, and these signals are traveling through the nerves. The nerves are composed of neurons and cells. It is a vast network of neuron pathways.

Unfortunately, due to past experiences, these neuron pathways have been blocked and disconnected
from the healthy pathways. This is why it is said that the human brain processes only 10% of its capacity. And Full Consciousness is only open 4% for the average human being.

Nervous system and Full Consciousness

If your nervous system would be fully open and unblocked, the electricity and light would flow
absolutely everywhere through your nervous system, and you would already be Enlightened. Enlightenment is about bringing the light into your inner self, into every neuron pathway. That which has been damaged is restored, and that which has been hidden is revealed.

So it is not about experiences. It is about opening Full Consciousness and allowing that to flow through your whole energy system, all your chakras, spine, and the whole nervous system. It is about your ability to sustain Higher Consciousness, and that is why your nervous system is so important.

What is Grounding, and what are the benefits?

Grounding – also called Earthing, is a healing technique that helps you electrically restore your connection to the earth. In modern society people rarely walk barefoot outside, instead wearing rubber soled shoes that disrupt our connection to earth.

We are bioelectrical beings. Our body is meant to be a conductor of electricity, as it is primarily made of water and minerals. We’re able to function at the highest level when our connection to earth is maintained. Connecting to the earth charges our immune system with electrons. These electrons travel through our energy field, restoring and balancing the body. The stress hormone cortisol begins to normalize, which regulates metabolism and blood sugar levels.

The easiest way to ground is to place your bare feet or hands on grass or earth outside. The sea or any body of mineral rich water also reestablish your electrical connection to the earth.  Additionally, there is grounding equipment available that can be used in the comfort of your own home. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the body to fully register the electrical restoration, and the benefits to your health are many. Studies have shown that grounding reduces inflammation, improves immune response, speeds the healing of wounds, and increases the sense of well-being.

Benefits of grounding:

  • Better sleep

  • Pain reduction

  • Reduced stress

  • Increased energy levels

  • Improved mood

  • Decreased inflammation

  • Improved immune response

An excellent way to ground in the comfort of your home is to use a grounding mat from Groundology.co.uk. In the US, Earthing.com provides grounding mats and other earthing products.
