Join us every Tuesday as Lyonne Sundari hosts a one hour practice of Kriya and Pranayama. No prior experience is required. This event takes place Online on Tuesdays at 19:30 PM CEST.
About Kriya and Pranayama
Breath is the life force that sustains our life and boosts our immune system. Human body is a physical manifestation of one’s consciousness and in that, primarily, the Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord) is densely concentrated with abundant consciousness. So all the Pranayama and Kriya practices revolve around CNS with an intention to grow ones awareness towards consciousness.
Kriya and Pranayama practices focus on getting the glowing awareness of main three Nadis (Ida, Pingala & Sushumna) and seven Chakras System, opening them for the free flow of Prana. Kriya and Pranayama are the most important techniques of Kriya Yoga.
About Lyonne Sundari
Lyonne is a qualified Yoga & Meditation teacher (E-RYT500 & YACEP) and lifetime student. She is also Co-Founder of New Humanity School and Director of Yoga of Now.
Lyonne has received extensive training in a variety of yoga lineages, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Tantra & Kundalini Yoga. She has conducted over 2,000 hours of teaching and has created Yoga of Now Teacher Training Course RYS 200. Her inspirational and intuitive teachings style is supported by 10 years of training and over 8 years of teaching.
